Manufactured and distributed by Klein-Becker, Anorex targets individuals who have 30 pounds or more to lose. They also require that your BMI be 30 or more. They pull a number of users in by telling them "it's not your fault" and blaming obesity on genetics. They advertise that Anorex is "the first compound designed to mitigate the profound effect that variations in the human genetic code have on the storage use, and disposition of body fat." Their main ingredients include yerba mate, guarana, caffeine, damiana, l-tyrosine, green tea, kola nut, eucommia bark, schizonepeta, piper nigrum, hoelen, polygonum, and turmeric.
Anorex contains a number of stimulants and caffeines to stimulate the metabolism, and possibly to produce a thermogenic effect on the body. These will also increase energy levels, allowing you more energy to do the things you want and exercise in conjunction with your diet plan and this supplement.

The problem with a stimulant based supplement is that it only approaches weight loss from one side, and it comes with a crash and other side effects. This equals out to insomnia, irritability, elevated heart beat, etc. The other ingredients have been used to treat constipation, coughs, depression, back pain, and increased fertility. Do you see a common thread running through the rest of these ingredients? They don't actually promote weight loss! In addition, Klein-Becker already tried to sell this product to us under the name Leptoprin, which we already found did not work.
